Hi, I’m Dr. Priscilla Kuazko—a Tampa-based Chiropractor and Functional Medicine practitioner with a passion for women’s health, lab testing, and helping patients reclaim their wellness from the inside out.
I opened Elevate Health Integrative Clinic in 2024 with a simple mission: to combine clinical expertise with compassion, faith, and whole-body healing. My approach blends traditional chiropractic care with lab-based nutritional support, functional testing, and lifestyle medicine—empowering patients to uncover root causes and get results that last.
I hold a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences. My undergraduate is a BS in Alternative Medicine. I have completed extensive training in nutritional therapies and lab interpretation. I’m also a proud mom of 3amazing kids who keep me grounded and motivated. Every part of my journey—my faith, motherhood, and own healing—has shaped how I care for the people who walk through my doors.
When I’m not with patients, you can find me doing Pilates, sipping on a good coffee, at the beach with my family and spending time with my pups. I believe healing is holy work, and I’m just the vessel—
